Sponsorship Information
The Rendezvous has a rich 33-year history of being the premiere cruisin' car show. This didn't happen on its own. It takes a lot of people to organize and run a car show of this size. It also takes great sponsors who support this event. We need sponsors for each item listed below to keep this event going. You can become a part of this event's rich history.
T-SHIRT SPONSOR: $10,000 (1) (FOR CAR PARTICIPANTS)
The sponsor's name/logo will be printed on the front of event T-shirts, printed on
large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses, listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram); and include event T-shirts.
D.J. SPONSOR: $2,000 (4)
The sponsor's banner will be displayed in the D.J. area. D.J. will make sponsor announcements about your business throughout the day. The sponsor's name/logo will be printed on a large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; and be listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram).
BAND SPONSOR: $800 (2)
The sponsor's banner will be displayed in the Band area. The sponsor's name/logo will be printed on a large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; and be listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram).
TROPHY SPONSOR: $50
An Original designed trophy entitles sponsors to select a car of their choice and present the trophy to their winner at Saturday afternoon's award ceremony. The trophy with Sponsor's name on it will remain with the car owner forever. If Sponsor is not able to be present at the event, a car will be selected and the trophy will be presented for you.
Premier Display Space: $5,000 - $4,000 - $3,000
Banner Space (Your Banner); Sponsor's name/logo will be printed on a large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram); and include event T-shirts
BAR SPONSOR: $1,500 (4)
The sponsor's name will be printed on Wrist Bands (to be worn by Bar Entrants); Your Banner will be displayed inside the sponsored bar; Sponsor's name/logo will be printed on a large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; and be listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram).
CHILDREN'S GAME AREA: $700
The sponsor's banner will be displayed in the Children's Game area. The sponsor's name/logo will be printed on a large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; and be listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram).
Sponsorship Of Your Choice
With an event as large as the Rendezvous, there are many unmentioned expenses that need to be covered. Your general sponsorship in this area would help cover these.
