Sponsorship Information
The Rendezvous has a rich 34-year history of being the premiere cruisin' car show. This didn't happen on its own. It takes a lot of people to organize and run a car show of this size. It also takes great sponsors who support this event. We need sponsors for each item listed below to keep this event going. You can become a part of this event's rich history.
T-SHIRT SPONSOR: $6,500 (2) (FOR CAR PARTICIPANTS)
Sponsor’s name/logo will be printed on all 1,200 car participants T-shirts; (front side, where a pocket would be); on large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; on Chamber’s website beginning (as soon as received) and on Rendezvous social media. Since prices keep doubling in price, two sponsors are being requested for the tees
D.J. SPONSOR: $1,200 (4)
Sponsor’s banner will be displayed in the DJ area. DJ will make sponsor’s announcements throughout the day. Sponsor’s name/logo will be printed on large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; on Chamber’s website beginning (as soon as received) and be listed on all Rendezvous social media.
BAND SPONSOR: $800 (4)
Sponsor’s banner will be displayed in the Band area. Sponsor’s name/logo will be printed on large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; on Chamber’s website beginning (as soon as received) and be listed on all Rendezvous Back to Route 66 social media
TROPHY SPONSOR: $50 (50)
Original designed trophy entitles sponsor to select a car of their choice and present trophy to their winner on Saturday afternoon’s award ceremony. Trophy with Sponsor’s name on it will remain with car owner forever. If Sponsor is not able to be present at the event, car will be selected and trophy will be presented for you.
Premier Display Space: $5,000 - $4,000 - $5,000
Premier Display Space; Banner Space (Your Banner); Sponsor’s name/logo will be printed on large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; on Chamber’s website beginning (as soon as received) listed on all Rendezvous social media and 2 event T-shirts
BAR SPONSOR: $1,500 (4)
Sponsor’s name will be printed on Wrist Bands (worn by Bar Entrants); Your Banner will be displayed inside sponsored bar; Sponsor’s name/logo will be printed on large event poster to be distributed to 500 businesses; on Chamber’s website beginning (as soon as received) and be listed on all Rendezvous social media.
CHILDREN'S GAME AREA: $700 (4)
